We modernized the interior of the east wing of a four-star hotel located in northwestern Hungary known for its wellness services as part of a complete redesign. Our interior design and graphic design concept mixing op-art and contemporary was inspired by the original shapes and grandiose spatial characteristics created in the seventies.
By applying op-art in a clean, minimalist way, we designed a geometric and colour-dynamic system that to this day highlights the modernity of the style—the curved, energetic lines are echoed in the furniture of the rooms and social spaces.
With the design created for them, we competed for the title of Hotel Development of the Year—category of The Office of the Year award—in Hungary, and the project was also featured in detail in the 2023/1 issue of OCTOGON magazine.
